The personal data will be used by Celebrity Vacations Costa Rica S de RL (CVCR) to register our clients as members of Celebrity Travelers and provide them with the benefits granted by our vacation club, and in general, to comply with the obligations contracted by and in relation to our clients.
For the purposes of this notice, it is understood as personal data: The full name of our clients, their date of birth, address, marital status, occupation, among others.
Our clients will have the right to access, rectify, cancel, oppose, carry and limit to the processing of their personal data. To do this, they must follow the procedure established in the complete privacy notice that is indicated below.
CVCR may keep the personal data of our clients while the obligations contracted that gave rise to the treatment subsist, and until the limitation period of the actions derived from them.
CVCR may transfer personal data to third parties to carry out the purposes of the treatment, established in the first paragraph.
If clients require more information, they can access our complete privacy notice directly in the Celebrity Travelers sales rooms and in the web page www.celebritytravelersclub.com, notwithstanding that CVCR can send it by email, fax or any other remote means.
